Certainly looks like it hits hard, but doesn't really do much else, so hard to see this being used anywhere except maybe arena.

Same - and I think he looks decent.

For PvE, I find there's really, really few spots for someone who only brings damage, so he has quite a lot to compete against. I guess I'll wait to see multipliers etc, but for Hydra for example, I don't think he's going to be replacing Trunda or Shamael, and he doesn't bring the debuffs that Thor brings, so I doubt he's going to take his place either.

Might have a place in the new Event Dungeon, one would think.

That's what I am thinking, but time will tell.  

did we reslly need another dwarf nuker. Would be great if they finally did a reset champion....oh wait that would cut into shard sales.

Personally was hoping for a reviver in one of the factions where i dont have a decent reviver.

I doubt i will use this champion, but may do the fusion in case he is the key to the event dungeon.

Seems decent, depending on multis.  Im still waiting for a Chimera fusion.

to me the passive looks interesting,

so every 5th turn does a1 automatically, so if he puts weakken on all he gets extra turn. 

does the 5th turn take his turn or he just attacks because of passive then attacks again by tm?

Really bizarre timing that we get a new Force Dwarf Attacker to expend resources on, at the same time that Plarium tries to make Force Dwarf Attacker Mountain King actually usable.  I happen to have three unranked Mountain Kings, so if the two Dwarf champs are relatively equivalent, there's not much reason to go for the fusion except for Boss-Killing.

IMO, the Mtn King "buff" is not enough to get him out of the vault.  He needed Ignore Stoneskin on at least one skill.  With all single target skills, he is still a PVP Toon w/o the ability to fight against the most prevalent PVP gear set.

Really kinda depends if he can one shot everything.  With his massive HP pool and good affinity hes a potentially amazing option as a go 2nd nuker.  Ideally killing Nuker + reviver in one turn and then finishing the other 2 champs his next turn.

I may try him in a Stone Cleaver set just for the heck of it, but it really seems like a missed opportunity not to give him Ignore SS on one of his single target skills.  

I definitely wouldn't have hated it.  But the biggest question is, is he gonna be able to one shot Nais with the A3.

Since they left all his skills as single target, single hit, he will still be totally shut down by UDK in slow Stoneskin.

On Discord they said "The Mountain King will become faster and more furious....", but there is no mention anywhere of increasing his base speed, so that feels like another miss...

They increased his base speed to 95.  Which is still slow, but better at least.  UDK could still counter but honestly dont see much of him in Live Arena anymore.

I just got Nais.  I dont want a new gunslinger who can kill my only myth before its even built.
