I’d like to express my frustration with the current state of Classic Arena in Raid: Shadow Legends. I have accounts in Gold IV, Gold III, and Gold II, and across all of them, the situation is the same: the arena is completely broken.

Right now, there are extremely strong and abandoned accounts falling down from Gold IV and landing in lower tiers, making it incredibly difficult for new and active players to climb. It makes no sense to face fully booked champions with optimized gear from inactive accounts. This creates an unfair barrier for those trying to progress and participate in higher-end content.

To make matters worse, many players in Gold IV intentionally leave weak defenses to farm medals easily. This completely distorts the matchmaking system, giving unfair advantages to already established players while punishing those climbing legitimately.

Ironically, Gold IV often ends up being easier than Gold III or Gold II because of these weak defenses, which is completely backwards. Lower tiers should be more accessible, not more punishing than the top.

And finally, it’s impossible to ignore the massive advantage older players gained during the bot era in the arena. They farmed countless medals by fighting absurdly weak automated defenses — something that no longer exists for new players. This has created a massive gap in progress, especially when it comes to Great Hall bonuses and overall account strength.

Classic Arena desperately needs a full matchmaking and tier reset. As it stands now, it discourages new players and undermines the entire competitive structure of the game.
