You mean with the A1 Random Debuff Spread to Hex?  Akemtum does the same thing and I know it works over Poison Cloud, but no control over which Debuffs are spread. 

actually i was thinking of his passive, which has somehow even less control than his a1.

but hey, 4% of the time it works every time.

So does Teumesia, and that doesn't stop her.  I was psyched when I discovered that way back when....made me think it should be a standard feature for Void Bunrers, but when I pulled Venus I (sadly) discovered that was only wishful thinking.
