Some game mechanics are a bit unclear but if The Deathdealer (Live Arena Mythical Relic) always makes the user crit, then which will or will not apply:
weak hit, enfeeble, reaction, etc.
Are there any exceptions, if so, what are they. Will it genuinely override anything and everything?

I mean it's a good question either way, and idk the answer. Especially the part about reaction rings, which I don't use anyway
My understanding is that the relic trumps most everything if not ALL. Ill ask in my cluster
My findings so far:
1. Will not weak hit due to affinity (pvp use on fabian)
2. Overcomes enfeeble
3. Reaction will change to normal (doesn't impact fabian/armanz)
The info provided so far only from pvp debufer players. I think a crazy fast wukong is what I would build.
