It's a 15% increase OF the 30% I believe, so 30% becomes 34.5%

I wouldn't really focus too much on the HP of Relics BUT if you want to see their full stats, go to the Forge and then Relics and Relic Index.

Malefic becomes 50% chance fully leveled/ranked but still 20% dmg.

Relatively new to the game. 

Keep getting trounced (nearly destroyed) by most versions of high-end Alice.

What is that?

Means for Clan vs. Clan (which is currently running) you're expected to put up at least 1,000 points (which can be earned a variety of ways while playing the game)

Fwiw, I use Wand of Submission with Alice.  Saves her from debuffs enough to save arena battles and other runs.
