I know I can't be the only one running into this. It's clear that some folk see your first 3-4 picks and just go AFK or something instead of quitting, like some spiteful/trolling "Eh I'll waste as much time as I can" nonsense.  I believe there should be a system where if your timer runs out 3 times in a row, it's an automatic loss for you. This can include the champion selection.

I get that RSL Helper could just click in the last seconds, that's a small part of the playerbase that uses it and the solution isn't going to be perfect. Same to the argument that they can just do the click in the last seconds themselves, but at least in that situation they're not afk and their own time is being wasted. 

Not to mention it might help cut down on the people who have essentially won but won't take their last turn(s) because they want you to surrender.

Also why do the Bots take so long to pick champions? They're bots... it should only take like 2 seconds to pick...

Finally, when you do quit fights in any area of the game, hopefully some day it will end on that turn immediately regardless of debuffs/sequences. Seems a bit odd that you can quit a battle and still have to wait for multiple counter-attacks or worse, provoked champions to take their turns before it ends...
