you cannot skip the summon rush. the only way to complete the fusion without doing every event is to collect the copy of the epic on offer (or pull one of the champs from a shard, but that's obviously not something you can rely on). since it's the summon rush that drops the epic, it's the one event that's 100% mandatory.

Thank you I can still get 1 rare from it if I don't have the resources to go all the way to the epic. If I do the bare minimum and just get the rare and get ever rare from the rest of the events, I should be able to get fabian right?

To be clear - you *can* skip the epic from summon rush. You just can't skip the rare.

If you get the epic from summon rush, you can skip four other events/tournaments, including champ chase. If you do champ chase and all the other events/tournaments, you can skip the epic from summon rush.

That said - I'd recommend just getting the epic from summon rush.

That is correct.  1 rare from each scheduled event will net the required amount.
