No, you cannot buy a second ONE Star blessing and apply it to a toon with a ONE Star already to upgrade that toon to TWO Star awakened.  To do that you need a TWO Star Split.  Eventually, the TWO Star split will show up in the market and you can buy it then.

Though that said - if you're already 1-star, I'm surprised they'd offer you a 1-star in the shop, and not a 2-star...

They won't offer you 1star if already ascended. If it's just sitting in inventory u will get offered 1

I suspect OP has a 1-star *ascended* champ and is (was) being offered a 1-star *awakening*, and needs a better explanation fo how the whole system works

I was going to post that I was annoyed they hadn't done an Esme soul event like they usually do after fusions.

Then I remembered they .. had in fact done one, and I had the soul and had just forgotten to use it :/

Was lucky enough to pull her on both my accounts.  She's so good in so many places.

I've pretty much been in complete maintenance mode since xmas.  Accumulating gear, champs,... but not building anything new or even upgrading champs.  Honestly probably equipped less than 10 pinpoint items.  Exactly 0 feral.  Only merciless is a couple random sintranos champs with 5star gear...

I'd like to improve my chimera and top 12 pvp champs for live.  Need to build better hard brutal Hydra teams for auto. Other than that, my todo list just gets longer :)

I get destroyed in live by anyone who is half decent.  Thankfully the point inflation makes getting 5 a day pretty easy.  And half of my matches are competitive.  

Any plans to actually do any of that or just kinda coasting the foreseeable future?
