This game is a marathon, not a sprint.  We have all been in the same place.  Wait until you get better shards and pull Legos that seem worthless. 

You get used to it with time.  

The randomness can feel like a pattern sometimes but it's mainly coincidence. 

Your problem is that you don't seem to have a decent CB team. And thats not because you're f2p, cause you even have the champs to make a few decent teams but they're just sitting there at 50. I have Alice and Kael at 60. Without the free Alice I probably wouldn't have continued playing. Still learning how to build my parties too.

I am new to the game and I understand the marathon not a sprint. 

My thing is how often I've received champions like Flailer, Riscarn, Treefeller, Skink, Slasher, Flinger ( lots if lizard men oddly), ect... not asking for mythical, I was genuinely curious if certain Champs are highlighted for particular accounts.

Give me all the rares, not just those delicious meals for other champs

Are you keeping a spreadsheet of the champs you receive form shards?  I started doing that and I found champs are random.  There are only a handful of rares worth keeping as you progress in the game.  Champs that seem important now will vanish from your radar.  

I still have problems building teams.  Ask the forum to help you build teams.  This is the best forum I have encountered for gaming.
