An arena champ?

Not really, no. I'll be using her for Hydra.

With her duo she seems like she could be okay for arena, but on her own, she doesn't do a whole lot of value.

She's looks like an amazing support for Karnage/Razelvarg/Cheshire Cat

She's definitely Hydra but has strong possibilities for Arena. Especially Blender teams. You put her in the Front and then Ally Attack as your first move, boom she just gave everyone Inc Atk who goes 2nd 3rd and 4th before they do their hits. 

But yeah, all I want her for is Hydra. Especially with the Active on her Passive

Are there specific nukers that benefit from this more than others?

Sure. Rhymes with Munda.

If you are doing this frag collector, note that the Hero's Path is required.  If you aren't going to win tournaments, you will need a minimum of 10 frags from the Hero's Path.  That is a departure from how frag collectors typically work...but there is only one Dungeon Diver and no Summon Rush.

Pretty safe bet the way to earn points in Hero's Path will be summon champs from shards
