Godseeker is the lead because you *NEED* her to use her passive on herself, then revive ninja using her a3, which also resets his cooldowns
I'm pretty sure you need her in regen with a LOT more hp.
I have mine in regen + immortal, with ~70k hp, 5.2 k def, 210 speed, and a 3* miracle heal blessing
Ninja isn't great for 25, since it's the wrong affinity. If you can, try swapping him out for someone else. RE stats - I respecced my Ninja so I can't post his stats, though if you search the forums you can probably find them, since I think I posted it a while ago. My Aniri is similarly geared to Rat's - 62.5K HP, 5.2K DEF, but much faster - 271 SPD. Also with Miracle Heal.
Godseeker has to be lead like Moored said but also her speed and gear are very important. You want her in 4p Regen at minimum with as much def and hp as possible.
Speed for Godseeker needs to be 181 minimum but not to go over 196 (I'm not sure about the max speed).
If you don't have Gnut then Ninja is gonna be your only option from the roster I see. Any DPS will work really, just need them to be much faster than Godseeker.
Only other advice for Ninja would be to put him in Affinitybreaker BUT that's only if you don't really use him elsewhere.
Interesting. Different approach than I took - my team has Aniri faster than the DPS, which I found useful because when she was slower, Ninja wasn't healing back enough destroyed HP, and would eventually die before the nuke, causing the revive to be used on him instead, and then Aniri would die on the nuke.
I suppose the idea is that the DPS in Regen gear would just heal himself instead?

y aniri is 188 as well, and I want the dps to die. It is faster/less turns if your dps pops up does there big move then dies.

No regen gear on DPS. DPS will probably survive until the major aoe nuke. The reason it's so great with Gnut, especially if Gnut is fast enough, is Gnut will do his A3, they both die, Gnut immediately comes back with A3 reset. Similar concept with any dps. But yes, that's why you want Aniri at a certain speed, so she doesn't rez anyone pre-nuke. That way you can bring 3 food to level without any concerns. For your method, I don't think you can bring food because she'd probably rez them by mistake.
