Unfortunately you don't seem to have the ability to block both the stun and the debuff, so you'll need to juggle around a bit.

Regardless of affinity you'll want to set this comp up with a standard 1:1 rotation - that means everyone between 170 and 190 speed.

1) Ninja - damage, DEF down. Make sure he's fastest, but not *too* fast. Around 180-185 should be safe.

2) Ghrush - turn off A2 and A3. His only role is to apply Leech.

3) Giscard - DEF up, ATK up, backup ATK down. Make him third slowest. 

4) Skullcrusher - Make him second slowest. Unfortunately on green he'll also be the stun target, but unless you want to run a 4:3 comp instead, you'll just have to deal with damage being lower on green.

5) Grizzled Jarl - block debuffs. Make sure he's slowest. On green affinity, use his block debuffs before the slow. On others, use it before the stun.
