This doesnt answer your question but i hve a similar problem & perhaps my answer will bump your post up so somebody answers... I play on android and i can only "collect" potions from my inbox, not move them to inventory.... if I click collect theyvanish into the ether & don't go to my inventory.... they are just gone for good. I've lost hundreds and I've raised two support tickets with no solution given... they just ask for screenshots i don't have and can't go back in time and how do you prove something intangible isn't there anyway? I refuse to deliberately vanish andwaste the few that are still left in my inbox just to prove something thats basically unproveable,just in case I finally find an answer myself, or I raise another ticket that actually gets a workable solution. I'll keep trying. I suggest you and anyone else with the same issue  should start raising tickets too and tell them the same as me. The more people who raise tickets the same, the more likely we are to get a solution andif we do we need to put the answer here so others with the same problem will have an answer instead of just your unanswered question. Not sure what you mean by "inventory"; There is no inventory for energy potions, not like brews or affinity potions. When you click an energy potion from your inbox, or from a tournament or event milestone, it immediately gets added directly to your current energy.
