As I recall it took a couple months before they added the area bonuses for SIn City

Well if that's the case, I just have a couple more months to save more crests.. no worries thanks

It's working as intended - wasn't meant to drop on release and no timeline for when it'll show up as of now. 

This is one implementation I agree with. Would have really wrecked the first week of competition if some people with stockpiled currency could just get a ton of bonuses for Chimera immediately.

I mean it only delays this happening.. and makes this worse when it does finally release because people like me have stock piled even more! and hey if people have managed to stock pile or planned ahead and saved some crests all power to them :) they shouldn't be punished for planning ahead or saving a few crests.. 

But at least by that time clans should be sorted into tiers for clash and *roughly* fair-ish matchups.
