One thing that all CCs seem to have missed is that on Chimera from Brutal difficulty on the champ frags seem to be garanteed, no?

There is a yellow sentence on the easier difficulties fights that says that frags are not a garanteed drop but at Brutal that is no longer there.

What do you guys think?
