WuKong. Much easier to pull Toragi.
I chose Toragi. I had used a download link to get Elenaril and liked the utility if The Frog. Maybe I'll regret it. Maybe not. Ultimately I wanted to play for the fun factor.
He is a fantastic champion that can help a lot all the way through the game from start to end-game so I think you made a great choice. I would have chose WuKong but I forget that early on booking champions and the like is so much harder. Toragi will be way easier to max out.
