trying to beat the nether spider in the doom tower, I have beat it before, but can't remember the team I used. I have been trying for 3 days now. Any suggestions? I don't know which characters wil remove poison.

Hey, can you post your roster here so we can see what's available to suggest?
Geo (hp Burn) and Reliquary Tender (both remove debuffs and revive) are big parts of my teams if you have them. It requires patience, but the damage will overcome the healing from the spiderlings CA. Also, to figure out which Champs remove debuffs, go to Hellhades and and look up the remove debuff skill

In case of emergency break glass for Cheese.
Geomancerburn with an block heal debuff on boss. Or mithrala hex adds and nuke with a gnut
UDK and Geomancer can take the spider down alone if you have them. Throw in Drex for good measure.
What floor, what difficulty and what does your roster look like? People have given some decent responses but you might have other options.
