He throws bombs every time you place a debuff, so I stripped my champs of all artefacts and ran them with basic stats so very little accuracy to see what happens. Debuffs were still landing with so little accuracy, how is this possible?

I try not to quote bots because then it sends a notification they're getting engagement, but sometimes it can cause confusion, like here, if the bot post gets deleted but my post calling it out stays
