On the A3, does the 10% Permanent Reduction in Resistance require winning the Acc vs Res check in the first place?  Or is that an unresistable effect?

Seems okay. Reducing res by 50% is quite strong,  though everything else is kinda meh.

Need to see those multipliers...🙈

If his AOE hitting all enemies counts as 1 counter for his passive for each hit enemy (which I believe it will) I can see him being good for waves, and Spider maybe.

Unfortunatley, Thor will be a Hybrid fusion....4 fragment epics to be fused into Thor.  The worst grind of the three types.  

I think his value depends on how hard he hits.

However i rarely do hybrid fusions, they take so long.

This is the toughest one they currently do, unless they revive the Karato fusion again. That one was absolutely a nightmare.

As far as I understand it, stat decreases don't do this check, they just happen.

What was different with Karato?  I don't remember a fusion style tougher than the Hybrid.  I did his fusion, but don't remember anything about it.

IIRC correctly, the Hybrid style was introduced with Brogni. I remember not wanting to grind that one out, but choosing to do it because Brogni was potentially the key to gettting me to UNM CB.....

That is what I figured.  That makes this a pretty strong ability for prolonged fights.  

The costs were astronomical and really was the hardest fusion ever all things considered. Was just wild back then comparing it to the Brogni fusion especially given how good Broggers was back in the day. 

Especially high when you miss dungeon divers by 5 points :)

Turns out he hits pretty hard if you build him with 7400 attack and 320 crit dam.

Ah, Skorid. Trips isn't missing much on that one.  

Of course it depends on the multipliers but with all the self buffing this dude looks like a monster especially if paired with someone like Longbeard or Valkyrie. One more person pushing everyone towards stoneskin. 

I honestly think he is going to be blowing up PVP teams once people figure out how to best plug him into a lineup. 

He won't be good when paired with Longbeard or Valkyrie for the simple reason that Longbeard and Valkyrie are garbage PVP champs now :)

I am *vaguely* curious whether his passive procs when combined with Reflect Damage, but only vaguely, since nobody uses Reflect Damage in PVP anyway.

Basically - he's set up to be a PVP champ, but I honestly don't think he'll find any actual use there. There's a really deep pool of damage champs to choose from, and this guy doesn't even come close to scratching the surface. At best he's a mediocre control champ with a mediocre unkillable pierce.

On the other hand, he does seem decent in PVE, for Hydra especially. I could see him finding a spot on a team there.
