It's nice to see Loriaca get a buff - she was in desperate need of one! 

However, I think Plarium might want to rethink her 3rd skill, as a champion with block buffs would have more utility if they also did some form of heal, either as a % of HP or through continuous heal buffs. 

The accuracy buff Loriaca did get instead just doesn't make her particularly useful anywhere, not even Faction Wars. At least giver her some healing instead and she has at least some utility.
