I was wondering which shard is mostly likely to draw him, and if there’s any other place he drops/I have the possibly of getting him from.

I didn’t really vibe with him when I started the game, so I chose Athel, but now after a while, and especially after the Call of Arbiter series, I really want him. I’ve been playing the game for a long time so I don’t want to restart (plus I do like Athel).

I like all three versions of him, and really want to get my hands on him. Unfortunately luck just isn’t working out.
