I haven't bothered pulling them since day 1.. which gave me brews and 1 fragment

Well, I'm at 23 atm, out of three pulls, so ~8 per on average. Seems okay.

My first pull looked an awful lot like that.  I now have 29 frags from 4 pulls with one 10-pull left to go in a few days, so I will end up with 30-some Maud frags and almost no way to continue getting more without failing to complete fragment chase toons.  

Exactly the result I expected when they rolled this out.  It would have been so much better for players if they allowed fragments to be exchanged for other frag toons.
