Make sure the AI is using your preset. Lots of times when DT resets, it is no longer using your AI Preset and the default skill usage for your team fails. Might just need to go check the box.

They shouldn't have but it's not a bad thing to check. Also make sure the team setup is actually selected. Can't remember if it persist thru rotation changes.
