I only ask because of all the nerf scares. Are they just scares or ar they nerfing him?

last time i heard anything about vizier was about 1 week after he was released and that he was being monitored, since then nothing.

Thanks for the reply. It's too risky putting leg tomes into a champ who's future is uncertain. These days we're all worried to even book good rares that are new, just in case.
