you can drop glyphs from Faction Wars:

 

Every Glyphs gave you one specifiecs bonus as you can see in the next pic on the left:

And you can use them for upgrade items and their sub stats (look next Pic):

In the next pic i decided to use one Glyphs for updrage my Speed (How sub stat):
