I cannot for the life of me see where veil would be of ANY benefit.

- Definitely not in Dungeons - Bosses deal AOE
- Definitely not in Arena - Most players use AOE champs
- Definitely not on CB - it deals AOE 2 out of 3 times
- Campaign - Maybe, but since we generally farm with an AOE nuker, it's not really necessary here
- Faction Wars - No information on this yet
- Void Tower - No information on this yet

Veil need extra advantage such as dodge chances.

Veil needs an "ignore x% (80?) of Ae dmg and stay in Veil" .
That way it would shift the Arena meta and might even be usefull for CB.

New Dark Elf legendary doesn't need Veil to be op... just for get he got weil and use the rest of his kit.
