You need to start working on a CB team. To that end, Skullcrusher is probably your best bet. I expect your CB team will be something like Skullcrusher + Kreela + Giscard + Toragi + Geomancer. As much as I'd like to put Artak on that team, given all the face-smacking, I just have a feeling he'll end up dying too easily due to his kit.

That's a solid team right there.

For now I wouldn't be too concerned with tuning. Get the team to 60, get them gear and masteries and etc. Ideally Skullcrusher slowest, and ideally not taking the stun.

Why not? Skullcrushers passive Skill is to decrease the duration of all debuffs by 1 turn and the stun is off. He should be the leader to get the stun and not another champ

skill cooldowns decrease at the very beginning of the turn, prior to skullcrusher's passive triggering. because he's still under the stun debuff when that occurs, his cooldown won't decrease and it will take an extra turn before his a2 is available again.
