15 seems high, not sure what the data mined drop rates suggest the EV is. I don't track mine, but haven't noticed any change.  Sounds more like you had some lucky months followed by a recent slow month or two.

for the last few years has been about 15 sacred shards per month, ever since May, heard they nerfed CB and we have been getting less than 10 per month.

I kept meticulous records for 18 months and never one time got 18, maybe 15.  7-12 would be one st dev. 

Since May though... so June and half of July.... 😆

You know, I was watching a Raid YouTuber the other day with a video titled "easy ancient shards" or something to that effect. I was curious to know what "scam" way he was going to suggest.

Well, turned out he was saying to run CB UNM and get 15 shards a month. I wrote in his comments that's a lie. Best month I ever had 10 or 11 and that's opening 60+ chests a month. On average, I get perhaps 6-7 a month. Although I did get 2 ancient shards and 1 legend book on one day from UNM and NM chests. That's perhaps the luckiest I've ever been. That and pulling Krisk one day and then Warlord 6 days later. I honestly think I used all my luck for the year that day. Just this last pull rush, I got a dup Yakarl on Leo's day and a dup Yoshi a few days before that. They basically became fachion guardians which are important too but I really could use some good luck these days in getting an S-tier legend or mythical. I literally haven't had any good luck since March when I pulled those 2 void champs.
