from what i know most people trying to use the "chase" code are doing it wrong, because they think its a promo code, its not a promo code, its a code you have to enter on the artiber video screen thing.

Yeah, I told them exactly how to do it, and they are saying they don't even have the box above the Promotion block.

Most people are dumb, lazy, or both :) PEBCAK is generally the issue.
