neither do i. i uninstalled like the msg told me to... but cant even reinstall cuz the same error msg of " launch error. We couldn't start the game. Please try to reinstall the game or..." mofos im trying to install the game as is... there is nothing to launch or start.

support is aware of the situation. hold tight in the meantime. 

this is a plarium play related issue, other platforms seem to be working fine, so hopefully you folks can play on there for now.

I was able to log in on mobile just fine, but can't log in on pc Plarium Play at all.

Same problem for me. I uninstalled 3x, cleared cache, but Raid will not Install. I'm able to install other Plarium games tho.

Same here. Just blamed my partner for messing my game up when he logged in on my laptop! Oops better apologise

Don't uninstall or anything just sit back and relax, take a picture of error and send in a ticket to them and just wait till they respond, they will send an automated message which is what everyone does but later they should send another e-mail detailing what to do next or they will just fix the problem, but unfortunately we all have to wait I have the same problem as well, stay calm my fellow raiders this will be fixed

Yes I am sure it will be fixed but I have limited time to play & this missed 1 & a half is important. Its not just a CB thing its completing the various fragment missions. Any compensation is not going to fix that & its not like they are going to offer free or discounted fragments to those that dont finish anything. Still, its only a game.

Having the same issues can still play on mobile but my phone isnt great. Very frustrating during a fusion that im half way thru and pulled alot for.

hoping this is resolved sooner rather than later and in the meantime I hope those in the midst of the fusion can use an emulator like Bluestacks if on PC, or hop on their phones.

sadly there is some form of compatability issue with emulators and my cpu that causes emulators to bluescrren my pc so sadly not

wish i checked on here before uninstalling 2x. maybe we can get a free champ as comp...😁

Same problem here, i closed the game and got this Launch Error, saying that I must uninstall and reinstall the game, but when I try to install, same error message appear telling me to reinstall...nosense. Already send a ticket to support, I hope this can be solved. 

plarium play should be back now. :)
