They usually do, yes. Once the event is over, as long as you are within X threshold - not sure what the limit is, though. 25? Something like that.

Thanks Kram, I have 90 frags.  I usually see an offer by now and haven't yet.  I just need 10 and will likely buy.

They should almost certainly show up, often not too long after the fusion ends.

Not that I've seen yet. Normally every fusion event needs to finish in every time zone for a day or so before they pop up. :)
