pump up armiger as priority?
i'm still pretty new, should I be getting Armiger to 60 and decked out? or should i prioritize something else?

IMO with only a 45 day account, prioritize something else. You're going to need really great atifacts for him to shine for you, so better to develop epics or legendaries with a strong skill set you can use now, even with beginner gear. Speaking as an early game player. :)
