I'm level 31 and have the same issues. I didn't a response to my post yesterday,so maybe we can get a reply here if anyone has an idea of why we aren't seeing the update  when logged into our accounts. 

Hello! The thing is that you are still in the process of completing your 35-day loyalty program. When you are done with that, you will be able to switch to the new program and start off from day 30.

Thank you for your reply, My wife was upset and I couldn't figure out why and did everything I could to make sure her game updated.
