i don't know, i can normaly log in and normaly play ... my guild has no problems either

and for the update ... well, there are interesting things (new factions, 6star gear, legendary gear, fusin ... but they said that some things might not come this time, so who knows), but the biggest thing is that they are hyping it for last 3 weeks with "next week" "next monday" and some of the things are delayed since february, so now it more about actually getting something rather what ...

PS: Beside that a big yellow announcement about new patch/shut down  on hour 13 -UTC or something like that whas on the screen so it must be some kind of patch or servers shut down !!!

Cloudflare has been down, it isnt the update...sorry :( servers just offline. 

Scrufffy  ..how cna we know on waht servers we play ?! i was think we play on a whole big server of some kind not separate servers , but im sure that must be the reason ..some servers are shuted down

The servers are run on cloudflare as a whole which is why there were some outages because it was down, even mine went down. Also when the patch is ready to be live they said they would announce it, which hasn't happened! 

so u still cant eneter the game like me ?!  there are jsut some servers that cant let people log in or almost all servers have this problem ?! i was looking on facebook and they say the problem was solved but  ..it is not !!

Can’t Login in fellas. And not sure what my is is nor my login stuff for the game. Come on guys. 

i cannot login with my new account just created today .. with my old account i can log in but is weird they dont address this ASAP , i may reconsider invest in this game after all :/

LOL.. definitely not a patch. Probably another inconvenient server refresh, that goes uncompensated. I used to love this game, and would constantly let my friends know how awesome it was as well. I dont know what happened, but it obviously seems there has been a big change in management, because they are lacking in every way possible. I feel bad for the community managers, having to endure this much backlash.. If you are reading this marius, and cirilla, you guys are awesome.. I have no idea how hard your job is, or what kindof pull you guys have with the budget, but i would really like to see all of our money, go towards a stronger development team support, and less marketing and advertisement. As a player, i feel as if i have been failed. I, like many have invested so much of my time, and money into this game, and what even is the outcome? stagnant, extremely limited content, with customer support, who doesnt seem to care, or if they do, theyre surely isnt enough of them to make it feel so. I just want to know what has happened.. The only reason i still play, is soley because of my investment of time and money.. Thats it! I wish i felt as if i genuinely wanted to support them, but at this rate, it's going to be mutual.. They give, i give. They neglect, i will neglect. I would feel much happier, and appreciated, if they were to give us compensation for the multiple server resets, lost keys, My lack of farming dungeons because of the endless wait of the promised 1.8 update.. I mean, if i wouldve known it wouldve taken this long, i would have been playing entirely different.. But as a player, better yet, customer, I like to assume that when one of the community managers relay a message stating that this update is soon to come, that is SOON to come. I have lost faith, and its going to take alot to restore it. but hey, im just one player, they surely dont care about me.

KASH u r so right ..they need some proper devs nad pro IT guys ..u cant let people 5 hours or more to not be able to create a new character :/  ..it seem now they solve the problem but is so so long time...
