I can't tell from your team, but - is anyone putting Continuous Heal buffs? If so, Harvest Jack will turn those into poisons.

None of these champs put up CH. I believe I read on DC that it's a known bug and they will fix it in one of the next patches.

Looks like everytime I get healed, Harvest Jack is putting poisons. With brogni's shield, it happens a lot

Harvest Jack is bugged currently and will be addressed in an upcoming patch.
