I am still skeptical, because under the Legendary in those pictures it shows the Epic items received as well.

And that doesn’t normally happen. It’s almost as if they were gifted the legendary as test?

It is internet. Most of the stuff is fabricated. 

First. You are not suspicious that sword has perfect stats? Imagine how tough will be to drop something like that. There should be houndreds of worse items in game but we see only that one. It is not part of some prize it is just drop.

Second. These items will be added to upcomming patches.

This things could happend. It can be a hack because these items could be somewhere in game but still not activated.

Or testers are testing it. But it newer shows item drop in messages so that is unlikely. Also they could activate showing item drop for testing.

In conclusion you can not get legend artifact atm in game normally.

Considering I seen it pop up in chat, I took those photos, I am positive they are not fabricated. 

I am willing to entertain the idea it is testers in game. I didn’t waste time in an attempt to farm because the way they appear to have been received was a good notion they were not farmable.
