Ok, so I have Aothar and I think I know how his [Block Cooldown Skills] skill works, but not 100% sure.  If I hit someone with this and it procs the debuff, it puts A2 and A3 on a 1-turn cooldown for that target champion, correct?  Now, does it do it to BOTH skills, or just one of them at random? 

I tried looking around in the app, but I couldn't find anything that clarifies.  It would be nice if we had the option to tap on those skills for a little more info when it comes to stuff like this. :P
