Amazing
Just want to share a few thoughts on Plariums customer service (at least on raid). There is the so called support - de facto non existent. And then there are the mods - taking cover, whenever it`s getting sort of interesting.
different prices for packages? can`t be/ i`ll lead this forward to the devs/ silence
friend invitation not working? it worked fine with my account / send in more details (via pm) / silence
events messed up? they just wanted to improve everyones chances / silence
"broken" artifact missions? we`ll pass it on/ they will take care / silence
tbc...
Obviously the game itself has some potential, `cause complaining people like me are still sticking to it. It`s sort of fascinating, how this company can sell their product without really taking care of it`s customers. From a marketing point of view all thumbs up for this attainment!
