Hi all,

Is Accuracy needed to affect warmaster's "Steal" 2 buffs ability?

Also....Buffs that are stolen.....are they considered cast by the war caster (hence rapid response: increasing turn meter when buff cast by champion expires work?).   If not then this mastery is a waste on the war caster. 

What are the recommended masteries for this Champion.
