I love the game, even spent some money on it.

Every now and again, an award i  am given, just does not appear. I thought I'd log it in support, but that is usless. There seems to be no way to complain about a lots item. After being ignored for 2 weeks, I started logging support calls that my support calls were being ignored. Eventually all my support logs were cleared out with an abstract message.

I have had about 7 void shards, some sacred shards, and today 3 Legendry Skill Tomes be awarded, but just not appear anywhere. All the problems seem to be with regards to awards for completing the campaign map, or porgress missions. i just reached level 135 at brutal. 

I just got my first gold champion, imagine my disappointment, that i cannot upgrade her.

You really need to up the level of support here, $99 to buy some upgrades, then we get ignored. NOT GOOD PEOPLE.
