If I can add to this, I would love the ability to watch replays of Arena fights.
This feature was available in Heroes of Dragon Age. It allows you to see how your Arena team performs on auto, both in victory and defeat.
Heroes of Dragon Age also gave you the ability to look at teams in the highest tier, and even fight them if you wished, just for fun. There was a certain amount of thrill in taking a peak at the biggest, baddest whale teams out there.
