Pretty sure Ive lost a good chunk of energy since I joined on random freeze and crashes too. Ive just come to accept it. They give out compensation when a major problem occures or global downtime. But this is a problem that can occure at anytime, I dont see how they could compensate for that. They probably cant see how much energy you have lost, and anyone can claim to have lost 2000 energy.
I think the best we can hope for, is for this problem to improve sooner than later.
Edit: I highly doubt its rigged. They would have to be pretty stupid to try to make people spend money on energy, by making people crash all the time, making them lose energy. As frustrating as the problem is, I don't think it's fair to make such assumption.I also would not think that these are deliberate crashs. The things just do not work right with this new update. I've experienced the same thing but I also thought I would forward an announcement made earlier by Cirilla.
"We will have to perform server maintenance at 5 AM UTC tomorrow (May, 14th). Just wanted to let you know in advance so that you could schedule your plans for the game.
