They give away free leggos all the time...how much easier do you want it? 

any easier and the game would be ruined. everyone and their brother would have dutchess, siphi, krisk. that would be no fun at all. but it gets easier to get leggos the more you play the game.

well, that's what makes them legendaries, not the easiest to get. :)

serious answer: between the four extra log in legendaries and Scyl/Visix it's never been easier to fill out your roster with leggo, at least over time. 

as one starts to progress towards mid game and finishing the Arbiter quest line, focusing on fusions becomes another consistent way of getting legendaries, outside of just opening shards during 2x. 

Early on can be tough other than the 7 day log in promos when they're here, but it does get easier. 

Don't get hung up too much on the legendaries, especially if you feel like they are needed to get through content.  It is actually the epics in my opinion that help drive a lot of growth in the game.  If there's something you want to focus on then make a post here and we'll see if we can help

I still get smacked by 140K /4 epic teams.  

I tip my hat to players who can do that, with what they have and 'proper gear'
