I did actually notice something similar. Will check on Monday and let you know what I find!

Kindly look into this issue, it's handicapping Athel big time. Currently it's working as a dec attc debuff on her.

I've passed it on to the testers to take a closer look. Having tried myself (I use Athel as my main farmer right now), I have not really noticed a big difference, but perhaps with better testing conditions, this will become more apparent.

Since I don't have any good epic, she is my main attacker and the difference is quite visible when I face strong enemies. Thank you for looking into it.

I am in the same boat, Athel is my main damage dealer and a favourite Champion all around in terms of design as well!

I've also received a response from our testers. They went checked thoroughly and concluded that there is no issue with Athel's Skills. Most likely something else interfered and made it seem like her damage is lower, be it the expired [Increase ATK] buff, DEF on the target, RNG when it comes to damage. One thing that might be off is that [Weaken] displays with the first strike though it is still meant to apply on the last one. So, technically, the damage she deals in that Skill application should be counted as if there is no debuff on the target at all.
