How about the other 2 PvE nerfs to Madame and Siphi? Cooldown adjustments don´t do anything for the PvP strenght. They just get nerfed in PvE and pisses off anyone that relies on them in "all" the rest of the content in your game. Just like everyone that complained about their Dutches beeing nerfed the same way, and screwed up their 1-2 key UN clanboss runs? Glad for them they got to keep her as she should be and didn´t have to rework their teams. Recall those changes untill you have thought that through a couple more times. Alot of ppl that isn´t that fortunate doing 1-2 keys with dutches and other amazing champions but rely on Madame and/or Siphi to do what they can in Clanboss, dungeons and factionwars.
Madame Serris stripp debuff down to 2 rounds from 3 rounds. That will not change one thing in arena. But it will screw up everones PvE progress that rely on her.
Siphi same thing and Increase the cooldown from 3 to 4 turns booked. That´s her thing and she is a VOID Legendary for petes sake. That changes nothing in PvP but screws up everything in PvE. If you think a little less turnmeter boost on top of that same buff as well as 15%to 10% heal on her passiv. All PvE nerfs.
You do not want champions with 2 turn buffs of this nature on 4 turn cooldown on any champion in PvE content. And you do it to a "VOID LEGENDARY". Are you nuts?!
You have opened the box now. Who can trust you not to ruin champions now? Why would I spend alot of time and money trying to get champions just to have them nerfed to the point they no longer fill their purpose?
No! Not everyone have dedicated PvP and PvE champions for every aspect of the game either. You have to do your "rebalancing" with alot gentler toutch. Also it should have the effect you say you are trying to accoplish shouldn´t it? PvP nerf and all it does is ruin PvE viability.
And you realise how anyone that doesn´t have Dutches but one of these and rely on them to clear content feels after the elite complained and got to keep their dutches unnerfed? They had good arguments for why that wasn´t nessasary? Did that perhaps relate in some way to these to as well? Maybe?
In the end we need champions to strive for, something everyone wants. But if you can nerf them this hard WTF is the point? A realy dangerous presidence is set.
Both nerfs and buffs should be handeled carefully and incrementally if you are not talking extreemes and absolutley if you don´t know the results. And you can´t leave some and nerf others of same S-tierness, and at the same time buff others to that same S-tierness. Everytime you do you will piss ppl off and loose them at the same time as you make everyone know they might be next so what´s the point.
