Depends on how far someone is but from what I have seen I would say the average galleon traveling time is 10-15 minutes in the Irish Mafia give or take a few.

The stern of Gun Boats is very deep, making them slow, but making them vastly capable at barrages me thinks
Same for me anywhere to 10 to 15 minutes if not sooner for others
