Did you try to fully uninstall and reinstall Plarium Play?
If you did and you're still getting a black screen, you need to raise a Support ticket.
Doesn’t launch on a MacBook, white screen and nothing more, the update, unlike Windows, is v4, on Windows v11, how can I fix this? I reinstalled everything 10 times, but the problem is not solved, I pay money in the game and want to enjoy it on my laptop, and not on my wife’s laptop, thanks for the answer
Ok, I heard back from them. It seems that my info was outdated. M1 processor should be working ok. Apologies for the misinformation above.
The advice that I got for you was to raise a Support ticket, on the link that I have provided above. The problem is obviously technical, but it depends on various factors, way beyond what we can investigate in the forum.

I've asked. Apaprently, the massive issue has been resolved months ago. If you are experiencing that (or anything similar), you need to contact the Support and attach your log file with your ticket.
The log file can be found here: PP applications -> Settings -> System Preferences -> Show log file.
