Hi! Sorry for the lack of replies. I am still trying to get an answer other than "reinstall the app". I'll get back to you when (if?) I get something useful.

So, a few things to try.
- Go to Plarium Play FAQ and see if that can help you. [there is also a Support link if you want to try that; might be faster than forum]
- You can try to reinstall the app. Not sure I'd recommend this, given that you have one game that is running, but it might worth a shot.
- If all else fails, you can post a screenshot of the error here and we'll work from that, but it'll be a slow process. It's likely better to go with the Support instead.
