Note: You can claim the gift only via Plarium Play. Don't worry, it's very easy. Download Plarium Play -> log in to your account -> launch the game -> click on the Settings tab -> find the Gift code button -> click it -> insert the code in the empty field -> confirm it to receive your gift.

There is no limit on players, but you have 8 days to claim it!

Just bought rubies with real money but game still does not work, where is the updated Plarium ID? It is a game, why can't it just be easy and fun?

Just bought rubies with real money but game still does not work, where is the updated Plarium ID? It is a game, why can't it just be easy and fun? 

I don't know what the "[updated] Plarium ID" is, but if the game is not running for you (how did you buy the rubies then?! 🤔), you should report it here.

The game is running with flash, the plarium app. is not working. It downloads and when I click launch it does not launch. It spins, stops and says click launch again. And does the same thing. I bought rubies via the dying flash version of the game which still works. Thanks.

You can play the dying version for about 2 weeks longer. You can stretch that further if you turn off browser autoupdate. But, ultimately, you should report the bug and have the Support help you to get the app running.

Dowloaded Plarium Play onto computer. Th icon is there and all looks good until you lauch it and all I get is a black screen. Not excited!

Why not just give them to us without a code?

Codes are a normal way for distributing freebies while promoting some communication channel (in this case, this forum). Why is that a problem for you? Copy/paste is too hard to do?
