@joelelitor, read here (just the first post). The code "SNW20" is there, along with the instructions how to apply it. Today is the last day that it works.
Chromebook runs Chrome OS, which is basically Gentoo Linux, which is unsupported by Plarium.
I have no experience with it and Plarium won't help, so you're pretty much on your own, sorry. You can try my instructions for Linux if you know Linux well enough, or you can try running Windows inside VirtualBox.
Also, if Chrome is autoupdating, you can switch that off (Flash won't magically die on the 1st; it's the first browser update in 2021 that will kill it). That's risky in the long run, but should be ok for 2-3 months, and Plarium said that they are trying to come up with a non-Flash client runnable in browsers.
Disclaimer: There are my wild guesses. As I said, I have no experience with Chrome OS and I don't know if any of these would work there.
TRied to down load the game onto my USD but it appears impossible. !!! the Game download has some tracking programs that embed into the hard disk which generates security concerns in my company and is suggested that we do not down load onto hard disk. IS there a way to download onto USB ?? and isolate the game download from the hard dick and main drive to avoid incurring the security risk of the tracking software ??
It seems to happen a lot with Pirates. File a bug report here and try to be as detailed as possible. We need them to figure it out in the next 4 days.

I filed a few over the last weeks, got one response saying it was recieved, nothing else. Silence, so since its crickets, I guess it is adios.

It doesn't mean that they are not working on a fix.
I understand - and even share - the disappointment with this whole app thing. Plarium, in my opinion, messed up badly with insisting on the app, as opposed to preparing a proper browser solution. They had 3 years to do it, and there cannot be any excuses for this sloppiness.
But it is what it is. I suggest you try Puffin, as specified here, and see if that can get the game working for you until Plarium eventually get it right (if they ever do, of course).
